Topic: Routing problem

Hi everyone, I am a owner of a Fireface 802.
I have been using it for 3-4 years without ever having had any problems with the audio interface or with totalmix.

Yesterday after a pc crash my totalmix lost all routing saves.
I tried to recreate them but from that moment the adat, analog and aes outputs work on totalmix, but they are not recognized by any other software (I tried cubase, skype, voicemeeter, obs and many others).

I mean, I see the output meters working on totalmix, but in the other software they are silent, as if no sound came.

I have tried reinstalling the drivers, but without success.
What can I do?

Did you set the Loopback to on on each track?

Yes, i tried both with and without it, I made a small video one second to upload it

problem solved, i disinstalled and reinstalled totalmix... Thanks the same!
