Topic: Unknown Card When running the 10-28-20 Firmware Update

Hi, I have a Multiface II and have just updated the driver 4.35 with no issues. Everything is working fine and I am receiving audio without any problems. When I run the provided firmware update "10-28-2020" the HDSPe Flash Update Tool window says "Unknown Card" in the drop down and will not go forward with the FW Update. Is this because my installed card is a physical PCI and not a PCIe card or should this not matter?
