RME User Forum → ADI-2 & 2/4 Pro series, ADI-2 DAC series → Pixel not working in part of OLED Display ADI-2 Pro
I've had a ADI-2 Pro for over 2 years ago and about 2 weeks ago I saw a line on the OLED display that shouldn't be there.
It looks like pixels have burned out somehow. Can it be repaired or replaced, if so How and where? I got it online from Sweetwater Sound. I live in Los Angeles Ca, Also is it out of warranty.
RME Shop has that part. Just get the screen and replace it. It’s super simple with just some screwdriver work.

And just to be precise, the screen on the ADI-2 DAC/Pro is not OLED (the OLED screens have incredible black depth, but won't be a good solution for our DACs: burn in happened when they display the same image for a long time...)

I have adi 2 dac fs new remote .
My unit is around 4 months old.
Does my dac have an lcd screen?
Some tell me it’s lcd or there’s say oled.
Confusing.

The first one was a LCD screen for sure.
The current version, I don't know... But it's really easy to see: OLED blacks are dead black, LCD's are not... Not very confusing and easy to recognize when you have seen an OLED scren 
(BTW I've never read RME ADI-2 DAC/Pro have an OLED screen...)

ok i understand.
my screen is slight grey. not black i think its lcd.
i purchased mine in july i did notice mines got a kingston lock oval slot on back
never seen any images with kingston locks.
