Hi all-

I have been using a Fireface 800 interface for years and finally decided to upgrade to a RME Fireface UFX+.  Everything seems to be ok except for one issue.  I cant open the Fireface USB Settings App in order to set my WordClock and other settings.  I have tried a few things but so far nothing has worked. 

Here is what i've tried so far:
     - uninstall the driver_usb_mac_319 driver and reinstall the driver
     - placing the interface into Class Compliant mode
     - placing the interface into USB3 mode
     - uninstalling the old Fireface applications and drivers used with my old Fireface 800

I cant get the application to open.  Has anyone else had this issue?
