I have a big problem with my Fireface UC, there is loud even background noise (not crackling from low latency!). I tried different headphone cables and even different jack adapters, but there is always noise.

Have someone an idea what I can do?

I have bought this audio interface because I need quality, but this cannot be the sound which this audio interface has?
