Topic: Babyface Pro not recognized

windows 10 stopped recognizing my babyface pro.
when I click on the settings of the fireface icon in system tray, there is no response.
driver version is the latest.
Device manager also does not show the device.

Please provide more details... Can you test the unit with another cable or computer?

Edit: I found that I have not fully plugged in the USB cable. Thanks anyway.
