Topic: HDSPe & Multiface II

I have a HDSPe AES in my computer (It has no pci slots.) My sequencer is Cubase.

I also have a Multiface II with its power supply – but nowhere to put the pci card. I would like to get some analog audio input.

How can I physically connect the Multiface to the computer? The only outputs from the Multiface are firewire and adat. So, I suppose it would be adat. But how to get that into Cubase?

That wont work without the pci hdsp card too. It is needed to boot the multiface. You can get a PCIe to PCI adapter. Startech had been known to work with RME. Cheaper ebay ones are hit and miss, but you can of course try a few.

Also that is NOT FireWire. Connecting it to FW will destroy the MF.
