How might one access the Premium Plugin Package (aka "Premium Plug-in Bundle") included with recent purchases of a Babyface Pro FS? This should include full versions of S-Gear, Brainworx BX Opto, and Brainworks BX Masterdesk, plus 3 trial version plugins.

I purchased this package on Dec 19, then received, installed, and registered the hardware on Dec 26. Nothing I can find (including the email I received when I registered the Babyface Pro FS) gives me access to the Plugin package. I queried the registration folks in Germany by replying to the registration email I received, but they are apparently out until January 4th, and I'd hate to wait that long ...
