Topic: Separate sliders for speakers\headphones BFproFS

Hi, I've recently purchased a Babyface Pro fs, and I have connected the two xlr outputs to my studio monitors and the headphones (talking about outputs).

Is it possible to get 2 different controls for the two types of outputs?

One  slider for the headphones and one for the speakers.

Can I rename them (for example) "headphones" and "speakers"?

Many thanks!

Just rename the outputs to what you want to.

Babyface Pro Fs, Behringer ADA8200, win 10/11 PCs, Cubase/Wavelab, Adam A7X monitors.

Thanks a lot for the answer but - as I wrote - I can't visualize 2 different output sliders for the speakers (xlr outputs) and the headphones.

Is there any way to let them appear in the "control room" section or not?

Of course, these are different output channels.
Maybe you should watch the RME video tutorials to get an idea how TM FX works or read the manual.

Yes by the Assign button you can assign HW output channels to "Main out", "Main out B", "Phones 1-4".
By this you can use control room features like mono, dim, etc for these channels.

You can rename channels but not in the control room, there the names "Main out", etc stay.

But with the "Names"-Button in the upper right blue area you can toggle the name with its channel name (but not the user customized name).

Thank you so much for the answer!

Now I got my separate headphones\speaker sliders separated and named correctly.

I've also learned - paying more attention to beginner video tutorials - to address diffrent softwares correctly to channels, then route them to outputs.

The snapshot feature is a must!
