Topic: QuadMic II improvements ?

What is the difference from Quadmic 1 to the actual version II ?
Will there be a new version coming out ? A Quadmic-C, with USB-C ?
I would buy it instantly !
Or also an Octamic II without this obsolete Wordclock connector but an USB-C connector, this would be awesome !
Any plans for this ?

Why would you want an usb-c connector on a microphone preamp?

Also my 1st thought, this is a preamp, no recording interface. On the other hand the Octamic XTC also has USB and supports Class Compliant mode, so that you can use it with an iPAD for recording.
But I think this was an exception. 12Mic also has USB but only for accessing the device via browser and firmware updates, not for audio.
