Topic: UFX+ into ADI-2 Pro FS via AES latency?

So, i have UFX+ which i also use as a monitor controller and an ad-hoc crossover with my subwoofers.

since both my monitors and woofers are analog i don't really benefit from time alignment and i run them from out 1/2 and woofers 3/4. (and additional monitor pair from 5/6)

If I add ADI-2 to my setup, will i be able to control levels and crossover on the AES output of the UFX+, and is the conversion 0 latency so i keep my timing between woofers and speakers?

yes on aes questions and not exactly on second question, since it is different converters, converter latency might differ a few samples, but not more. ADI is probably faster then the ufx.
