Topic: UCX (via FW) turns on even with power switch off

Hi everyone,
I'm using a UCX connected via FireWire to a FW-PCIe on my PC-hackintosh with Catalina (for various reasons I prefer not to use USB).
Strange thing is that UCX turns ON not only when I turn ON the computer, but also when UCX's power switch is OFF!
It seems that (in FW) I CAN'T avoid turning ON UCX when I turn on the computer.
Is there something I can do to avoid that? I simply would like to keep UCX OFF when I don't use it.

It's designed that way. FireWire bus power is used in Off state. Set to On and unplug the power supply.
