Topic: Digicheck Loudness Meter Loudness Range/Program Integrated not working

Hello,
Running DigiCheck NG with a FF400, Mac OS Catalina, Pro Tools 2020.12.

Surely something simple, but the Loudness Range doesn't move (staying on 0.0 LU) and Program Integrated is marked "UFL" with a red "X" next to it like it is also not functioning. The Loudness Meter does receive audio input, however...we see the instrument receiving audio.

Tried clicking on help but it says "help isn't available for Digicheck NG"

which exact signal source is selected in Digicheck? And which instrument are you referring to?
