Topic: Multiface ll as standalone adat ?

Is it possible to use my old Multiface ll as an adat AD/DA converter connected via toslink to the Babyface ?
Without connection of the host socket.

Does the unit store the last Totalmix session inside the device ?
When flashing to the latest firmware, is totalmix getting total reset ?

For me it sounds that the MFII doesn't have internal memory to store settings.
Manual says that you can disconnect it from PC
1. after settings have been done and
2. after connecting Power Supply

Manuals of other recording interfaces have at least a chapter about stand-alone mode and there
are other devices which store at least the last configuration or support up to 6 standalone profiles, which you can recall on demand in stand-alone mode.
