Topic: UCX + ARC USB problem: can't control Phones

Hi everyone,

after so many years with my trusted Hammerfall (the elderly will remember...) I made the leap to get the UCX and a Mac Mini M1.
So far everything is just perfect, but there is one thing I just can't figure out.

However I try, I can't get the ARC to control the Phones Level (7/8). I tried to assign it to different buttons in the ARC, but no cigar.

I updated and flashed TotalMix, UCX  and ARC to the newest Versions.

Any Ideas?

Can you control any other outputs ? Lets say Line-out 3/4 ?

Can you control the headphone output in Totalmix by hand ?

M1-Sequoia, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue

The respective ARC option is called 'Volume Phones 1', not Phones 7/8. It's default on button 10.

So simple solution: You did not assign Phones 7/8 to be 'Phones 1' in the Control Room section.

Waedi, everything else works.

Matthias, that was it, as simple as that! Thanks for pointing my nose to the little "assign" button.

...now back to enjoying the package...
