Topic: Madiface USB and Burl Mothership, no sound

Hey friends,

I have bought a Madiface USB and a Burl Mothership 16 x 16 connected with the ALva Madi10D.
the first problem was not getting a sync signal, I turned the cable and now the sync is blinking,
but only the left one, the right one is out. I tried to get a signal on the Burl DA but it doesnt matter
what I do, the channels I route, there is nothing. Does it have to do with Sync?
I hope you can help me, I dont know what to do anymore. the sync has an o and an c as letters,
can you explain me for hat that stand?

I understand now the sync is showing the optical and coaxial status.
But that doesnt really solve the problem. :-)

And the Mothership is set to clock source external madi ?
is there a switch ?

I have tried both ext and int on the Burl.
I think the Sync is only for the inputs if I stand correct and so may be the DA problem comed from something different?

Can you provide a Link to the company ? Product description ? User manual ?
I can't even find Burl company in the web.

I contaced Burl to be sure I have installed the cards correctly and it seems
that everything is correct on the Burl side.

Now it is running.
Clock setting to optical and Mothership to internal.
What I cant explain is, I had to turn the Mothership
to ext then to int and do it 3 times before it worked.
