Topic: Upstart issue with UFX+

Recently my UFX+ has had a wierd startup issue. It starts up with the screen just being white, the leds light up green and all mic pre's lighting up red and yellow.
Sometimes it will take a few minutes before I hear some relays click, and then the unit comes alive and functions well.
Other times it switches to another state with all yellow lights on.

I'm running on a Mac Mini 2018 with Mojave, but the issue also occurs when the usb3 isn't even plugged in.

The unit has been functioning well since I bought it, back in late november. The issue started just this last week.

I should add, that once the unit comes alive and functions properly, it's impossible to recreate the issue by turning on and off. The issue only occurs again the next day. Is there a chance that "warming up" is an issue in the UFX+?

This is not a normal behaviour. Please contact your retailer or distributor for service options. A video of the fault would be very helpfull.

Ok, so I tried to make a video of the issue. When I leave the studio every day, I turn off the mains power on the wall outlet. And when I come in the next day I turn on the wall outlet again, first thing. But to make the video I had to first torn off the power button on the UFX+, and then turn on the wall outlet to prepare for the video. And guess what - no issue occured! I tried it again the next day, and the same thing happens - UFX+'s power button has to be set to 'off' before powering on the wall outlet. Otherwise the issue occurs.

I managed to force the issue to happen by turning the unit on and off another time. Here's a video of the issue - about one minut in the unit is functional:

I should also mention that I sometimes hear a loud screeching noise from the unit when changing sample rate - as other users have mentioned on the forum.
