Topic: Mojave OBS Studio RME Interfaces issue.

Dear RME Team.

Want to let you know this issue, because OBS-Studio gets more and more important in the Pandemic for many users.

OBS Studio recognizes class compliant Audio-Interfaces but not the RME-FF-802 with the latest drivers and firmware in OSX 10.14.6
It worked flawless under High Sierra!!!

I am not the only one having this issue, and it's not only Fireface 802 also Baby face and many more.
My Workaround is a Behringer UM2 now for just getting sound into OBS.
I hope this issue will be solved soon.

Why class compliant and not as normal USB interface ?
Totalmix Loopback is the perfect way for OBS !
Can you just setup your interface as normal USB-interface for listen a sound from the computer.
May be listening a youtube video on the headphones without any other devices or software.
As soon as you gat that working correct you will be able to put audio on the loopback of Output channel 1/2 and then it is automatic inside OBS.
