Topic: Uninstall Fireface

I upgraded and replace my old Fireface with a Fireface II. Using it on a Windows 10 machine. The new driver, Madiface (for the Fireface II) is working fine.

Although I had uninstalled the old Fireface software, the tray ICON for the Fireface remained. So I removed Firefaceusb.exe from System 32, and now the Fireface icon is gone. However, I suspect there are remnants of the old Fireface still on the system. (One app I use, Source Connect, sees both Fireface and Fireface II--actually Madiface.)

Is there an uninstall utility to completely remove the old driver? Or are there registry keys I can delete to remove the Fireface completely?

Re: Uninstall Fireface

Uninstall  is usually not necessary. The icon and ASIO information is removed via 'Programs & Features - Uninstall', as described in the manual.

Re: Uninstall Fireface

I had to manually remove it from the startup group, and "Fireface" still occurs throughout the Windows 10 registry.
