Topic: How to set up aux sends without submixes?

I would like to set up some aux sends (for each input channel) in TotalMix FX. I think, many mixing consoles have such rotary encoders (often called aux 1 and 2) like in this picture:

I would like to avoid using submixes, because controlling submixes via MIDI is a little inconvenient and limited (one CC for the submix and another CC for the value).

Is there another way to achieve this? What's about the free mode?

I would be happy to receive any answers.

The answer is in the manual. It clearly explains that TM does not have real Aux channels - but instead uses any available output as submix = Aux bus.

Thank you for your prompt reply!

To be clear again, I'm okay with submixes. I'm just not happy with TotalMix MIDI implementation.

I was hoping that there is any "hack", I missed. Okay, I will try to run TotalMix in DAW mode and try the aux routing in Ableton Live.

Wish me good luck! :-)
