Topic: About 3/4 input gain of Babyface Pro FS
Babyface Pro FS 3/4 input has 9dB gain.
I use it conveniently.
Does this have a 9dB preamp?
Or up it digitally?

The analog input stage can have 0 or 9 dB gain.
Do you mean that 3/4 input 0dB to 9dB is amplifying with analog?
Then I'm relieved.
That's what I wrote. Because I thought you meant the switch from +4 dBu to -10 dBV sensitivity. But you most probably meant the additional, variable Gain of up to +9 dB. That one is digital, and that is clearly mentioned in the manual:
'Input channels 3 and 4....The input gain is controlled and performed digitally and limited to 9 dB.'
I didn't read the manual very well and I'm sorry.
Thank you so much for answering the question.
