Topic: Quick question on bass/treble knob adjustments (are they shelf?)

I'm using the ADI-2 DAC FS w Empyreans. I love the EQ that oratory1900 posted on Reddit for the AME (see this link if you want):https://www.dropbox.com/s/bc89lqa81ifg6a9/Meze%20Empyrean%20%28RME%20ADI-2%29.pdf?dl=0.

I just want to verify, if I use the bass and treble adjustments for the band 7 and band 8 adjustments in this EQ, that these are shelf adjustments, not peak (bass low shelf, treble high shelf). Can someone verify this for me? Thanks!

that is stated very well in sec 34.16 on the ADI-2 Pro FS manual.

Bass / Treble characteristics is shelf, their parameters Gain, Frequency and Q-factor are available in the I/O menu - additionally to the main page’s Bass / Treble Gain on Encoder 1/2.
