Topic: Significant difference in level on analog inputs

I’ve rarely have had to use stereo inputs as my ADI is an interface for protools.

Until now I need this  unit for mastering.

When running a 2 channel line input
I noticed one side is a lot lower in level. Swapped out cables, sources etc. Still the same.

I purchased it on 29th of July 2020
In the UK.  Just reading the warrant part in the manual and noticed it’s only covered for 6 months.

How do I go about getting this repaired in the UK

Really need to resolve this so I can finish up.
Thanks

Gary

If you‘re talking about the ADI-2 Pro - not ADI-2 FS - under I/O / Analog Input / Settings / you find: “Trim Gain Left, Right“.

Have a look, maybe it‘s misadjusted.

Might fit .. from old postings he seems to have ADI-2 Pro FS.
