Topic: Fireface UC not loading in Windows

I have Fireface UC, running FW 1.38  successfully in Mac. 

I installed the Window V1.211 driver, which reported success.  I rebooted, then plugged in the Fireface UC, but it was not recognized.   The Device Manager shows the Fireface UC under "Other Device" reporting that the drivers are not installed.

Running Windows 10 Pro, Version 2004, Build 19041.928

Ideas?

change to PC mode, see manual page 10.

Thanks!  Switched to PC mode. 

When I plug Fireface UC in to the Windows machine, the Fireface outputs & inputs appear in Windows Sound Settings, but TotalMix does not launch, and there is no Fireface control panel, as shown in Section 8, page 12, of the user manual. 

I cannot find any install directory for TotalMix (maybe not needed anymore).

When I playback using "Speakers (RME Fireface UC)" - which I think is Analog 1&2 - there is no sound at any Windows volume control setting.

Did you reboot the PC yet? You need a restart for the driver to finish installation.
