Topic: Babyface Volume Knob not working

Hi. I have a trusty old RME Babyface - the blue one. I really enjoy using it, but recently the volume knob stopped working. I have reinstalled the driver and the firmware on my MacBook Pro running MacOS 11.2.3. I´m using Logic Pro.

Is there a fix for this or do I have to buy a new audio interface?

Looking in Totalmix, is there a fader moving ? The fader of the main out channel ?
Did you click the Select button on the Babyface to select Out ?

Thanks for really quick response! I used the Phones out, and also tested with Out (speakers connected). The fader in Totalmix is not moving in any of them. So I can use Totalmix for volume adjustment, but the big knob on my baby is not working. big_smile

The firmware in the Babyface is version 225, is that correct ?

And the driver version is 3.25 ?

I have the same issue, did you ever find a solution ? It's a harware / mechanical problem that seems to happen with time.
