Topic: UR28m SPDIF to AIO

I am using a AIO card with a  SPDIF connection from a Steinberg UR28m, and SPDIF back to the UR28m  and using Cubase 10.5.3. My question is are there any settings of the AIO that will optimize the setup to achieve the best performance and lowest latency possible. I like the mixing functionality of the UR28m and this setup is giving me under 5ms latency now. Any suggestions to maximize this setup would be greatly appreciated.

Windows or Apple ?
Is it correctly assumed that the AIO is your main card ?

Would be helpful in such cases, to briefly describe your setup in the Forum signature.
