Topic: snapshots change auto

I bought 'fireface-ucx usb' at the day before yesterday.

I connected a synth(stereo, input 3,4) and a mic(input1) to it

When I play a Synth  Snapshots change itself irregularly, sometimes mix1 and the othertimes mix4 and so on.

And all inputs are to be muted.( Input Faders are to be on lowest posion on all chanels.)

I don't know how to set the snapshots.


addtionally,

when I try to save the snapshots , all mixes(mix1~8) on the snapshots flicker without stop.

but it is not stored.

Could you tell me how to solve. please

Is the Synth connected over Midi ?
How is it without Synth ?

Synth(nord stage) is connected to instrument input. (Input 3,4 )

Is this computer a Windows machine or a mac ?
Next step is checking version of firmware and driver in use.

It is Windows
driver is 2021-05-04driver_usb_win_1212.zip

I don't know about firmware

The driver 1212 seems to be the right one.
For the firmware you can download the fut flash-update-tool :
https://rme-audio.de/downloads/fut_usb_win.zip

Run it and see what happens.

However , it appear same

I updated firmware proper way. however when I enter midi with nord, snapshot is changed auto yet.

That means you have now connected the Nord keyboard with midi cables to the interface ?
And then the snapshot changes unwanted ?
I have no other conclusion as that the Nord is sending some midi commands to change the snapshot.

In that case somebody configured the MIDI I/Os in TM FX Settings for no reason. Default is None, then nothing can happen.
