In case it's of use - I was occasionally seeing this on Bug Sur with the Bug Sur driver, but it now seems to be happening more regularly. Possibly related to most recent MacOS update.

MacOS is failing to shut-down. It's automatically re-starting and producing a report, which gets send to Apple. Looking at the report, RME driver is mentioned.
