Topic: HDSPe AIO not detected ASUS B550 f gaming windows 10

Good Morning,

I have a RME AIO for several years, it worked fine on an asus p6x58e motherboard. Now I have changed my computer from Intel to AMD, my motherboard is an Asus rog strix b550-f gaming. The problem is that windows 10 does not detect the card. I have modified the configuration of the pcie in the bios, from AUTO to GEN1, I have cleaned the pins with soft rubber. In the 2 weeks that I have been with the new PC, in 3 occasions, windows have detected it. Always after having the PC disconnected from the power. Could it be due to some motherboard configuration? Thank you

After several tests, I have solved the problem. The b550 boards, when the pcie16 2 runs at 4x, it disables the 3 pcie 1x. From the looks of it, if I don't force the pci16x 2 to work at 1x, even though it is not in use, the motherboard understands that it is at 4x and disables the other pcie.
