Topic: Total Mix Mixer and RME Driver Windows Vanished

I have seen this on multiple threads over the years but I have now lost Total Mix mixer window and the RME driver window which would both come up on startup.

I have a Babyface which after a reset is working fine I just can't the windows back.

mac mini 2018 running Catalina 10.15.7

I have trashed the prefs, clean reinstalled the driver and software and even reinstalled the OS. I think it is a software issue as the interface picks up fine shows in audio/midi settings and works fine in my DAW.

I have a 3 monitor setup and have tried all the keyboard shortcuts to reset the windows to no avail.

Hello!

Did you check if the unit is in CC Mode?
Which BabyFace do you have?

Originally booted up and interface wasn't recognised. Put in CC mode and it picked up. Switched back to normal mode and it's good in audio/midi settings but still no mixer window or driver Window.

I don't know if this will be of any help, since I 'm a PC user and have no clue about Macs,

Same here with ucxII and catalina 10.15.7 . it seems like kernel extension problem...it worked and then stopped after a reboot. Gonna try to repair/allow driver extension(security pref)
