Topic: Babyface (original) standalone mixer help please?

Can anyone please help:
I’m trying to to use the original Babyface as a standalone mixer. Is it possible to input 2 dynamic microphone’s and apply reverb effect to them, then have this output via the audio outputs, whilst not connecting the Babyface to a computer or iPad. (Just powering the Babyface via a USB battery.)

I’ve been trying to set it up, but am unable to get any audio through the Babyface unless it’s connected to my computer, or switched to cc mode using my iPad. I want to use it as a standalone mixer.

Many thanks in advance, any help, would really be appreciated.

The original Babyface needs USB bus power to unmute the line outputs. Manual chapter 28 and following:

Mixer and FX are not available in that mode.

I’m powering the Babyface via USB using a good quality battery.
