Topic: Fireface UFX (USB) Firmware update always stuck on %11

Hello,

This is a fresh Win 10 LTSC 2019 OS... Just started to build the system. Intel 11900K / Asus Maximus XIII Hero

As I was updating the firmware to the last version (driver_usb_win_1212) during the DSP firmware installation it stuck at %11.
I tried "driver_usb_win_1210" the same thing; at %11 it hangs, and then no canceling or anything else functions.

The LCD screen is empty now! The device is connected to the PC, the blue light is on, TotalMix opens up, even midi lights come on when I power the Midi keyboard up, but no sound can be heard...

Until now, everything was working fine...

In Totalmix the device info shows: DSP-SW ver 1.00

Try the flash process on a different computer. Although chances are that the unit's DSP, RAM or power supply needs service.
