Topic: Paypal option disabled. Cant use payment Method on Checkout

Hi RME.
I need to pay for the Items in my Cart.
I need a power adapter change for my UFX FIREFACE but  I need to Pay With Paypal.
The problem is that the option appears disabled.
Other times it did appear avaiable.
Please Help with this subject. as Need to pay for it ASAp. as i wont stay abroad in USA
and i need to be shipped fast. Thanks. I hope you have a solution for my case. Thanks.
