Topic: Digiface Dante Midi out

Hi,

I wish to use midi protocol between two computer, using the digiface Dante midi out.
I set up correctly both computer, but no midi data seems to be sent.
Am I missing something ?

A screenshot of the Midi page from the Totalmix Settings would be helpful.

It’s not with the total mix that I wish to use midi

You understood that the MIDI I/O operates via MADI ports? So you connected MADI I/O of both DF Dante?

This is the technical information that I didn't know / found.
Is  there a hardware limitation so that Ethernet port is not able to transmit midi protocol ?

What is strange is that I'm able to use midi other network include in OS X  thru the digiface but RME didn't manage to make it possible natively.
