Topic: UFX+ Settings and total mix do not open

Hello.
So yesterday i bought a UFX+
I installed the drivers, installation was successful, after restart i was trying to open madi usb settings and total mix fx , icons are visible but I can not open them.
I have deleted all of the old rme drivers, fireface settings , old config and other old files in windows system folder And reinstalled the UFX+ drivers. Does not help.
Tried to change USB ports does not help. ( checked the compatibility of USB ports , all good )
In windows Madiface settings and Total mix fx start up is enabled
I've been searching info in internet and all I found is the same as described above

Using windows 7

Has anyone had the same troubles ?

You use a USB 3 cable? The LED on the front indicates USB connection (yellow or blue)? The unit is shown in the Device Manager?

Host Led is Blues dont see the device in the Device Manager.  Using USB 3 Cable

Which driver version did you install exactly?

There is a file in C:\Windows called DPINST.LOG. It includes info about the driver installation. I wouldn't wonder if the driver either is not installed, or is, but does not get loaded because your Windows 7 does not have the latest driver signature certificates, so it is blocked from loading.
