have not been able to get TotalMix on iPad (5 iOS13) to recognize the UFX attached to a Win7 laptop

iPad does say it's connected to the TotalMix02 network (ad-hoc network established on laptop) but totalmix remote is always offline

setup worked with Win10 tablet, unfortunately the tablet died a couple of weeks ago & have a couple of old iPads that I use to control other hardware directly (bluetooth), would like to avoid expense of buying another tablet at this time

have searched on line for a couple of days & could now use some pointers towards something that might help
