Topic: Does RME AIO PRO use AKM or ESS?

I know that the AKM is having problems with their manufacturing plants, so they are supposed to have problems until at least next year, so I would like to know if this affected RME AIO PRO cards as it did with the ADI-2 DAC.

Current information is that AKM can not ship before Q3 of 2022. So it will affect anything, sooner or later.

So far we only shipped AKM.

So it's been three months since this topic was brought up.  Are the RME AIO Pro cards still using AKM or have they moved over to ESS?  I see they are back-ordered at most places in the US with an estimated delivery date of Feb 2022; I'm wondering if they finally switched over.
