Topic: LEDs of RME Fireface 802 stay permanently switched on

When I turn on my RME Fireface 802, LEDs stay permanently lighted and the interface is not detected by the computer (Windows 10). I'm sure that the problem is not the USB connection, because LEDs are permanently lighted no matter it is connected to the computer.

The unit doesn't boot, needs service.
