Topic: Feedback prevention
Hello,
Is it possible to prevent feedback in software when a random user decides to do some incorrect routing? We have pretty much speakers plugged in and the massive feedback can damage the users ears and the speakers. Some kind of automatic monitoring of the outputs could cut down the signal if the user makes an error.
We could also have an external system to monitor the SPL levels and automatically kill the power if the levels get too high. It would be nice if there is some settings that could be also tweaked in the soundcard so we could have protection on multiple layers.
