Topic: 2 Multifaces problem

HEllo,

have 2 multifaces on win7. One is on PCI card rev 1.8, another is on cardbus with pci adapter ene cb1420 chipset. That cardbus card is "new" one.

When both cards works I have distortion in ableton and I can bet it is about ene chipset. PCI card itself works great. Cardbus card cannot work itself as it has distortion, also with PCI card there is no chance to have sound in Ableton.

Find some very old posts that ppl found solution to make faster ene chipset or optimise it with some drivers but cannot find drivers. I have default win driver and in device manager it writes ene cb1420 as pcmcia adapter.

Do anyone have some solution for this?

Did you sync both Multiface via word clock cable as explained in the manual?

Yes I did and I tried also with ADAT sync and got same results, distortion and slow response.
