Topic: Babyface Pro : is this noise slope normal ?

Hi

These last few days i've found myself constantly lowpassing my tracks... Thought my preamp was the culprit, but here's the noise from my Babyface Pro with NOTHING plugged into it, and zero EQ in the mixer.

Is this normal ?

Thanks

To my ears this would be total silence

M1-Sequoia, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue

Right. I think there's something wrong with my pre or bass then. Sorry

It has been mentioned a few times on the forum, that an analog port is more noisy if you do not plug something in, because then it is in an undefined state. Still: noise floor of -120 - -140 dB .. you can't notice. Especially if you have a music signal on top of it.
