Topic: Noise from AIO Pro

Hello,
today i got my AIO pro (bought it from thomann UK)
installation was nice and easy but there is  noise coming from headphone and analog out sad
updated current driver and firmware. don't know what to do sad I'm from Dhaka Bangladesh. its not possible to
send the unit back to thomann.

can anyone help?

mobo: asus prime z490
processor: intel 10700k
ram: 32GB corsair
GPU: intel onboard
i place the card on pciex 1_3 slot ( i think all slots do the same thing)

Hello!

Congrats on your new AIO Pro! Enjoy!!

This must be a ground loop issue or interference of some kind(electromagnetic or radio frequencies), and not a problem with the card itself!

Try and connect all your equipment to the same wall plug, using a good power strip(that can provide filtering and protection, as well).
Or you could buy a power conditioner or a UPS that provides power conditioning, as well.

Also, make sure that your audio cables keep some distance from your power cables, and make sure to use balanced connections between the AIO Pro and your monitors(if your monitors have balanced Inputs)!

EDIT: You will need this breakout cable for the AIO to have balanced Outputs:
           Analog breakout cable, balanced (BO9632XLRMKH)

Is the noise goine when you only connect headphones and disconnect all other connections to the card. If yes let us know.

Yes the balanced cable solved the problem. but I wonder why my 9232 PCI is running fine with unbalanced i/o!

the noise stays in both ways for unbalanced i/o
