My fireface UFX is doing something very odd.

The screen will flicker briefly and then all audio is lost on my computer as if the device isn't plugged in, then it just randomly works again. I should also mention it causes my PC to freeze entirely for a brief second or two.

Some times this won't happen for months then it just suddenly happens.

I've replaced all my cables encase they were fault, I've updated my drivers for windows 10.

I already had this device repaired once before and now its acting up once again....and i am unsure what is the cause. Has any one else experienced this issue?

Edit:
The AN 1/2 spikes in the total mix software but theres no sound so i don't know what hat might suggest also.
