Topic: Fireface400 Strange digital noise when recording audio Big Sur

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, a few days ago I bought a Fireface 400 firewire, installed the latest 3.41 and 1.70 TotalMix drivers, apparently everything worked perfectly until I started recording long sessions and there I noticed that a strange noise was produced randomly when playing back what is already recorded. and a random failure and lasts less than a second, I don't know what to do and change to another older controller and apparently it seems that the failure makes it less but still there, any ideas?

Please provide more details about the hardware and software setup.

Re: Fireface400 Strange digital noise when recording audio Big Sur

some help ?  I'm still experiencing weird behavior, I'm now testing with Catalina, in case it was a firewire and Big Sur problem, but I'm still experiencing similar symptoms, like a buffer overload (chirping sound at times) I'm desperate sad otherwise all operation is normal, total mix works perfectly and all things are audio listeners of the system, the failure occurred when recording and playing virtual instruments, keyscape vsti superior drummer3 etc ...
