My old legacy Babyface from 2010 doesn't work anymore correctly. That's why I had to replace it and bought the Babyface Pro FS second hand. The seller no longer had an invoice and told me it was a present that he received a month ago new..

Now I would like to know how I can find out the age of the device? And whether the device still has a guarantee? Do I even have a guarantee claim even if there is no invoice?
