Was wondering If I'm alone with this issue, most of the time the dim enable on the device or in the software will light up the DIM indicator LED's on the hardware unit. since a driver or so back the LED's will no longer light up if DIM is enabled. restarting the PC usually fixed the issue temporarily but unplugging and re-plugging the devices USB connection without a restart does now fix the issue.
