Topic: First RME problem ever - UFX windows totalmix not working USB

(Very) long story short, my UFX is being recognised by my new windows 10 laptop (USB),
the blue light is on, but totalmix not opening.
I don't even really know if Totalmix has installed.....
After having many RME products over the years, this is my first roadblock.
I've had a google and a search on the forum but still nothing.

All the outputs are showing up in playback devices in windows, and in device manager,
I think the driver has installed properly. But Totalmix is nowhere to be found.....

Used latest driver file 1219..

I'm baffled. and a bit sad..

Which version of windows 10?

Did you install the correct USB ASIO driver for the UFX? Note, old UFX and UFX+ do not use the same ASIO driver...

Full path of TM FX binary is C:\Windows\System32\TotalMixFX.exe

optionally: check Win10 autostart whether driver is not activated to be loaded.

I used https://rme-audio.de/downloads/driver_usb_win_1219.zip used the installer
And ran the fut tool.

Full path of TM FX binary is C:\Windows\System32\TotalMixFX.exe = NOT THERE
