Topic: ADI-8 Analog Output

Hello,
I would like to change the output voltage of my ADI-8 Pro First series.
I opened the chassis and I operated on the components called P!, P2 and so on
but nothing changes.
I didn't find any other component where we can operate.
The manual doesn't tell anything.
Is there any chance to do it?

I really need to do it because different standard used in different jobs
and I would like to continue to use the interface I love.

Thaks a lot in advance.

Re: ADI-8 Analog Output

Congratulations, you just de-adjusted the CMRR pots of the analog output stage.

Changing the output level would require to change resistors. If you repeatedly need to fine-tune the output level, get yourself a ADI-8 QS, it's a specialist in doing this.

Re: ADI-8 Analog Output

Uhmmm.
Are you telling that the ADI8QS is the only RME interface with adjustable analog output?
Uhmmm.
Uhmmm.
After years using RME stuff where RME is the center of my equipment and the basic for new equipment acquisition,
the tragic new made up my mind regarding my preferred equipment.
I'm actually forced to work out of standard (because the voltage coming out of the interface if far away from the
standard declared).
I hope my client will realize it as late as possible.
ADI8QS is definitely a converter that I cannot afford and a thing that I'm not planning to acquire soon at all,
I was planning to buy other stuff quite soon, and I'll give a second thought to all the stuff.
Obvioulsy is a personal drama, and I'm just a user.

Thanks a lot.
