Topic: no email confirmation after Product Registrationi?

I did Product Registration on this web page. https://www.rme-audio.com/support.html

However, I did not receive any email confirmation. Is this normal? Does it indicate I received a returned product from the retailer?

Mister Fuchs is probably very busy or in holyday. Managers sometimes needs a break, every ten years or so.

The email reply says that RME does not usually confirm individual registrations.

Skyfly, I registered my equipment with my country’s RME distributor.

It was easy to do on the distributor’s website, I just filled out a form under "support".

Different country’s distributors sometimes offer improved warrantee conditions as RME reliability warrants such confidence.

The thing is if you have a problem, your countries RME distributor is really your first port of call to help sort out any issues that might arise, they are RME experts.

Look for your countries RME distributors website under "support"  - "registration".
