Hi guys,

I have a Fireface UC for some year, but little by little, a series of disconnect lead me to suspect an issue. So I changed the USB cable , connected it directly to an iMac, tested it on another Macbook Pro, on my Windows PC... still the same. I read that the power supply would be the culprit, so I changed it. It was better... till it was not.
Looking more into, I noticed that the anything that upset (even lightly) the USB port cause a disconnect. I moved the soundcard in another position, and lo and behold, without any vibration it's the soundcard I love. Not very practical though: even a tap on the rack will disconnect it.

Any idea on how I could fix this ? Or do I have to send it back, pay 235€ and hope it will be fixed ?

In the meantime I bought another soundcard, and I'm already missing Totalmix + the Arc controller
